They use zipForm, a web based system that allows you to keep track of the transaction from any location inside the office or remotely! Login at any time and see all of the documents and details of your transaction.

The goal of the Transaction Coordinator is to create an exceptional experience so that your clients refer their family and friends, to keep your client well informed, and to keep things from falling through the cracks. This service allows you additional time to focus on other income producing activities!

This service is “SUCCESS BASED” … you only pay for closed transactions. If a transaction falls apart, there is no cost to you.

Note dates on AOS for mortgage approval, certs, etc.
Verify down monies and copy check
Verify deposit money notice signed on co-op
Confirm title co. disclosure is signed

Send settlement letters to all parties
