To help everyone, RE/MAX of Reading offers a variety of coaching options from group coaching to individualized coaching. Our goal is to impact and improve the lives of our associates:

The most significant training tool the real estate industry has ever seen, Peak Producers™ is a dynamic, step-by-step curriculum designed to teach the fundamentals of lead generation by referral.
This comprehensive program was developed to help our associates create business that will consistently generate a steady stream of high quality referrals.
Brian Buffini’s Peak Producers™ Program
The program is 14 weeks long. Participants will have accountability sessions with their group and Mentor for weeks 2-14, and additional action steps from the Buffini training.
DVDs included in the curriculum are a number of visual role-plays touching on such subjects as:
- Open house strategies that really work
- Generating high quality referrals from your database
- Making floor time work for you
- How to do a listing presentation
- How to convert an incoming buyer/seller call
- How to grow your database
